IN LOVE WITH N.Y.C.

Ok, so who does not L.O.V.E. New York City?? I was blessed to go on a girl's trip to NYC this September and, as expected, it did not disappoint! I am seeing a reoccuring theme in my past few travels--inspiration flowing everywhere I turn. I don't know if I've gotten older and appreciate my surrounding more, but I think I was snapping photos more than I was having conversation. It's a wonder I didn't trip and fall on my face, walking thru the streets of the city.

From the time I started my career, right out of college, I was love struck by this bustling city. I thrive on the fast paced, noisy, 'everyone always looks like they are walking with a purpose' feel of New York. In fact, the first time I took a business trip to NYC, I came back convinced that I would some day live in a high rise loft apartment in the middle of Manhattan. Wow, how things change. I still enjoy the crazy and packed-full visits but I can't wait to get back home to my children and husband and my Texas style crazy life!

Nevertheless, I couldn't resist sharing some of the highlights from our recent vacation. Top of the Rock views, celebrity sightings, Times Square, lavish Cathedrals, Central Park tour, Bette Midler, Statue of Liberty, the 9-11 Memorial and so much more......
